On december 1 2008 one of the most tragic things happened to my school. while five of my friends left after school to the mcdonalds across the street to wait for the bus a black van came and crashed into the bus stop post. the arch then fell on one of my friends Luis and he was so hurt his body was practily apart. he was then taken to the hospital in lynwood, a couple blocks down, and had to be treated. Luis died at 6:05 pm that day.when i found that out i coulndt help but to break down in tears. Luis was so cool! he made everyone laugh and whenever you were having a bad day he tok the time to stop and ask. "whats wrong?" i just ask god why did he have to go now. I just found out he pushed a girl out of the way from getting hit by the van so she wouldnt getr hurt. Thats a true hero. the next day my school was in disblelief and grief. but now its been exactly 2 wekks since he passed away. But then i tell myself hes in a good place and hes watching down all over southgate(my city). Luis this iis to you. I love you and i hope i see you soon up in haven. The last memoryt i have with him was when i was chasing him cuz he jacked my ipod. lol.r.i.p luis salazar
